Shipping Policy
Every piece is packed by hand, insured, and sent with tracking.
Preparation
Please allow 7 to 10 business days for careful preparation and professional packaging. Original work is varnished, wrapped, and packed with a certificate of authenticity before it leaves the studio.
Prints are made to order. Once printed, each one is signed and numbered by hand before it's packed.
Oil paintings may need additional time to dry fully before they can be safely packed. If your piece needs that, I'll let you know when you order and keep you updated. A painting shipped too early can be damaged permanently, so it's worth the wait.
Commissions take 6 to 8 weeks from the start of the work, plus preparation and shipping time.
Where I ship
USA, free. Tracked and insured. Typical delivery 2 to 5 business days after shipment. An express option is available at checkout.
Canada. Tracked and insured. Typical delivery 3 to 7 business days after shipment.
International. Tracked and insured. Typical delivery 5 to 10 business days after shipment. Customs times vary.
For very large work or unusual destinations, email hello@mayafakart.com before ordering and I'll quote it properly.
Customs and import charges
Any duties, taxes or import charges outside the USA are the buyer's responsibility and are not included in the shipping cost. These are set by your country, not by me, and I have no way to estimate them in advance.
Signature and delivery
A signature is required for orders of $1,000 and over. You'll receive email updates and tracking once your artwork is on its way.
If something arrives damaged
Every shipment is insured. Photograph the packaging and the piece before unwrapping anything further, then email hello@mayafakart.com within 7 days. I'll take it from there.
