PLEASE READ: We'll work closely together to design and create your one-of-a-kind statement piece that aligns with your values and is a proper design fit for your home.
Here's how it works:
- Once you select your desired commission size and place your order, I will be in touch via email to capture additional details such as color palette, orientation etc. *For extra large orders or custom sizes including multiple panels, please email hello@mayafakart.com first so I can provide a quote and the remaining balance will be invoiced separately.
- We'll schedule a 30 minute consultation (included in purchase) to discuss your vision, get to know each other, talk about timelines and a start date.
- I'll create your custom piece and provide you with updates along the way. Most commissions will require 6-8 weeks of creation time, depending on size and design. Please note that commissions are a non-returnable item. Please see our return policy for more details.
This is a one-of-one original artwork by Maya Fakhrriddine. All originals:
- Are signed by the artist
- Include a Certificate of Authenticity
Preparation
Please allow 7 to 10 business days for careful preparation and professional packaging.
Oil paintings may need additional time to dry fully before they can be safely packed. If your piece needs that, I'll let you know when you order and keep you updated along the way.
Shipping
USA, free. Tracked and insured. Typical delivery 2 to 5 business days after shipment.
USA express. Tracked and insured. Typical delivery 2 business days after shipment.
Canada. Tracked and insured. Typical delivery 3 to 7 business days after shipment.
International. Tracked and insured. Typical delivery 5 to 10 business days after shipment. Customs times vary, and any duties or import taxes are the buyer's responsibility.
Signature required for orders $1,000 and over.
You'll receive email updates and tracking once your artwork is on its way.
Your artwork is packed to protect the surface and corners and to prevent movement in transit. Packaging typically includes:
- Glassine/protective wrap over the artwork surface
- Reinforced corner protection
- Rigid padding and protective cushioning
- Secure boxing (and double-boxing for larger works when needed)
Because each piece is original, all sales are final.
If your artwork arrives damaged, please contact me within 48 hours with photos of the packaging and artwork, and I will help resolve it quickly.
