Archival pigment print of the original painting Noon (Eternal Light), from an edition of 25.
Noon began as a one-of-one painting, built by hand in plaster and acrylic on canvas. Noon's composition materialized on the way to my parents' house. I combined the Arabic letter with the turn of a hill that I've passed by since I was six. The idea is that the light is already in you and the work is just noticing it, which is more or less what the hill did to me.
This edition brings the composition and color of that painting onto paper.
What a giclée is
A giclée is sprayed onto heavy cotton rag one sheet at a time, not pressed onto coated paper in a run of thousands. The ink settles into the paper, so the texture stays visible and the color has depth. The inks are archival pigment, not dye. Dye fades. Pigment holds.
These took two rounds of proofing before I approved them.

This is an archival pigment print of an original painting by Maya Fakhrriddine, produced in a limited, numbered edition.
- Printed on Epson Cold Press Bright, a 340 gsm 100% cotton rag paper with a soft texture
- Archival pigment inks on acid-free cotton rag. Pigment inks resist fading in a way dye inks do not
- Signed and numbered by hand in pencil on the lower border
- Includes a Certificate of Authenticity
- Ships unframed. Image area and sheet size are listed in the title
Colors may vary slightly from screen to print.
Choosing a size. Measure your wall first and leave some breathing room around the piece. Above a sofa or bed, a print about two-thirds the width of the furniture usually looks best.
Framing. Each sheet size fits a standard, off-the-shelf frame. You can frame the full sheet, or float mount it so the signature and edition number stay visible. A pre-cut mat sized to the image area will cover both.

Preparation
Prints are made to order. Please allow up to 5 business days for printing, signing, inspection, and packaging.
Shipping
USA, free. Tracked. Typical delivery 2 to 5 business days after shipment.
Outside the USA. I ship international orders myself, rolled in a tube. Message me before ordering and I will send you a quote and a timeframe. Any duties or import taxes are the buyer's responsibility.
You will receive email updates and tracking once your print is on its way.
US orders ship flat:
- Glassine or protective sleeve over the print surface
- Rigid backing board on both sides
- Corner and edge protection
- Sturdy flat mailer or box, marked do not bend
International orders ship rolled in a tube. Lay the print flat under a few heavy books for a day or two before framing.
Handle the print by its borders, ideally with clean, dry hands or cotton gloves, until it is framed.
Because every print is made to order and hand-numbered, I am not able to accept returns or exchanges. Please double-check your size before ordering, and reach out if you would like help deciding.
If your print arrives damaged or with a printing flaw, contact me within 7 days with photos of the packaging and the print, and I will send a free replacement.
